Options for Making Utility Payments
Posted on Friday February 02, 2018
There are options available for viewing utility bills and remitting payment.....

By City Ordinance Utility bills must be mailed no later than the 3rd of each month.

Residents can VIEW their bills to see the amount due and usage as early as the 3rd of each month.  This is available by setting up an account thru the City website.  This allows residents to put the amount due into their monthly budget and remit payment prior to accessing late fees.  Residents DO NOT have to remit payment thru the website in order to set up an account and view the bill.

 Options for payment:

Cash – accepted at City Hall during business hours

Check, money order, cashers check – accepted at City Hall during business hours or can be placed in the drop box at City Hall 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (drop box is in the bricks of City Hall west of the front doors). Checks can also be sent thru USPS.

Credit/debit card – accepted at City Hall, by phone or thru the City Website

Direct Debit – automatic debit from checking or savings account on the 15th of the month. (application and voided check required)

City Hall Business Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm (closed on Federal Holidays)
