The Smithville Municipal Division of the Circuit Court has been transferred to the Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri in Division 6.  All questions and inquiries should be directed to 816-407-3870.

If you would like to pay your traffic citation, please visit  Missouri Case Net and select "Litigant Name Search".  Select 7th Judicial Court, enter your information, and locate the citation that you wish to pay.  Clink on the case number and locate the "Pay by Web" or "Plea and Pay" at the bottom of the screen.

If you have an insurance citation that you need to show proof of insurance for, you can either walk it in to Smithville City Hall and show it to the Police Clerk, Beth Stevens, or email an electronic copy of your valid insurance to bstevens@smithvillemo.org with the citation number in the subject line.  If you have any questions, please call 816-866-2050.
