Create a Residential Utility Account
  1. Complete this application.
  2. Attach a copy (picture) of your driver's license.
  3. Send both documents to finance@smithvillemo.org.
  4. Once we create your account, we will contact you to process the payment over the phone ($100 deposit).
  5. Please review the New Resident Welcome Packet that contains information about your utility account and other City Services.
