The Finance Department strives to provide timely and accurate accounting and basic financial reporting in a way that earns the respect of City residents and customers. The Finance Department is responsible for the following City functions:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing
- Employee Benefit Administration
- Utility Billing & Utility Rates & Fees
- Operational Budget & Capital Improvement Plan Development
- Debt Management
- Treasury Operations and Banking Relations.
