2026 World Cup: Short-Term Rentals
The Smithville Board of Aldermen approved a temporary moratorium on density limits for short-term rentals during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, effective June 11 through July 19, 2026. A permit, inspection, and $50.00 non-refundable permit application fee will be required.
