2030 Comprehensive Plan
Throughout 2020, the City of Smithville has undertaken updating the Comprehensive Plan. This plan is a foundational document that guides land-use and planning decisions over the next 10 years. It also helps guide the evolution of the community and how it looks and feels. The Plan will be a thoughtful, achievable and sustainable roadmap for community aspirations for the future. This process has a strong emphasis on community input and engagement.
