Sign up for ACH - Automatic Draft Authorization

Customers who sign up for ACH will receive their utility bills for review then the auto debit will occur on the 15th of each month. This ensures your utility bill is paid on time prior to the due date with no late fees incurred!

To sign up for Auto-Debit,

1. Fill out the Automatic Draft Authorization Form
2. Attach a Voided check
3. Send these documents to finance@smithvillemo.org or bring both documents to the City Hall.

Update Your Contact Information

Residents can now update their utility account contact information online. This will allow residents to receive important information including: 

• Utility Reminder Calls
• Emergency Utility Alerts (Boil orders, etc.)
