110 Smithville
110 Smithville is a Tax Increment Finance (TIF) project located at West Main and Mill streets. The project includes includes demolition of the old Spelman Hospital and construction an approximately 65,450 sf mixed use complex consisting of approximately 7,800 sf of commercial/residential/restaurant rentable space on the ground floor and approximately 57,650 sf of studio, one and two bedroom apartments (85 units). Smithville Marketplace
Smithville Marketplace is a Tax Increment Finance (TIF) project near Hospital Drive and Highway 169. For more information, visit the developer’s website. You can find the annual update to the Board of Aldermen to view the performance of the Smithville Marketplace.
The Smithville Marketplace currently includes the following eight businesses: Burger King, Cosentino’s Price Chopper, Dentistry at Smithville Marketplace, Domino’s Pizza, Jimmy John’s, Porter’s Ace Hardware, Scooter’s Drive Thru Coffee, and Taco Bell.
