Assessment of Late Fees
Late fees are assessed on utility accounts which are not paid on time by the specified due date.Utility accounts not paid in full will be assessed a late penalty at 8:00 AM on the first business day following the 21st of each month.
Following the assessment of late fees, reminder calls are assigned and sent out to all customer accounts subject to disconnection of water service.
Late fees are assessed at 10% of the account balance which is outlined in the City's most current Schedule of Fees Listing.
