Maintenance Updates
- Parks
- Repaired campground hydrant leak
- Sprayed weeds around Smith’s Fork and ball fields
- Started process of marking out football and soccer fields
- Cut downfallen tree from Heritage Park
- Streets

City Hall parking lot drain replacement, sidewalk and concrete approach.
- Fixed sidewalk from water line repair on Commercial Ave.
- Mowed multiple areas across the city

Fix mini excavator cylinder arm
Speed limit pole installed at 158th and DD HWY - Asphalt crack fill - Woodhaven Dr.
- Total Drinking Water Production 6,979,000 gal.
- Completed all testing required at the WTP.
- Conducted weekly chemical level checks at the WTP for ordering.
- Backwashed filters 1,2,3,4 and 5 at the WTP.
- Continue working on the high service room rehab. Replacing bolts and coating the floor.
- Prepped, primed and working on painting the handrails around the filters at the WTP.
- Completed 27 work orders
- 97 locates completed
- Completed 1 new water service connection.
- Completed all testing required at WWTP
- Treated 5,491,000 gallons of wastewater
- Completed weekly checks of all booster station and towers in the distribution system.
- Collected and delivered 4 E-coli samples to the KCMO laboratory.
- Collected the monthly and quarterly WWTP samples and delivered to Pace Analytical.
- Mid America Pump replaced the rotating assembly at Harborview #1 lift station. They are assessing the damage to see if it is covered under warranty.Mid America pump replaced the VFD for pump #2 at the influent pump station at the WWTP.
- Completed grounds maintenance at the WWTP.Staff completed grounds maintenance and checking all sewer lift stations.
- Reported a backed-up sewer call at 307 4th Terr. Sewer did not appear to be backed up but cleaned sewer to be sure.
- Reported to a sewer back up reported at 406 Donegal. Checked upstream and downstream manholes and found no issues.
